Boys and girls, here’s an idea to stop half term boredom.  On Monday 18 and Wednesday 20 February, the Whaley Bridge football holiday club will take place  at the ‘sports village’  on the ‘3G’ artificial grass pitch at  Memorial Park (entrance off Macclesfield Road.)  Derby County coaches, all of whom are FA licensed, first aid qualified and child protection (CRB) checked, will be present. Boys and girls of all abilities are welcome, at £12.50 for a day, £20 for two days. Certificates, prizes and tickets are there to be won. Places must be booked in advance.
